The Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Finance and Administration at the Lagos State Police Command, , has died.
The command’s spokesperson, , announced his death in a statement on Monday, saying he passed away on June 15, 2026.

Adebisi described Salihu as a dedicated and professional officer who served the Nigeria Police Force with loyalty, integrity, and commitment.
He said the late officer made significant contributions to the administration and operations of the Lagos State Police Command throughout his career.
The spokesperson added that news of his death came as a shock and a great loss to officers and personnel of the command.
The Commissioner of Police, expressed condolences to Salihu’s family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones on behalf of the command.
