Fifteen people were injured in a road accident on Sunday along the Kano-Zaria Road at Gadar Yankifi in Kano State.
The accident involved a DAF trailer carrying passengers and goods.
The vehicle was involved in a lone crash at about 5:00 a.m., according to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
FRSC officials arrived at the scene within five minutes and rescued all 15 victims.
They were taken to Kura General Hospital for treatment.
No death was recorded in the accident.The crash temporarily blocked traffic on the busy road.
FRSC officials later cleared the vehicle to allow traffic to move freely.
The FRSC urged motorists to drive carefully, reduce speed and obey traffic rules.
